We are committed to processing your order as soon as it is received. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
All orders are shipped using one of the major shipping providers, including USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Using multiple providers allows us to select the best delivery service for your individual order.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For merchandise to be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused and its original condition unless there was a manufacturer defect.
You must start the return or exchange process within 10 days of receipt. Please email email@example.com with order number and reason for return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless there was an error with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order to the original method of payment (minus any shipping costs.) Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
You may request order cancellation at email@example.com. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel your order at no charge. Please include order number in your request.
