Order Processing/Returns/Exchanges

Note: At the moment, due to the overwhelming demand for our "Freedom is not Free" products, all orders are experiencing a processing and shipping delay.

We are committed to processing your order as soon as it is received. Please allow 5-7 days for processing.
All orders are shipped via USPS. 
We apologize but at the moment we are only accepting orders for delivery in the US.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.


For merchandise to be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused and its original condition unless there was a manufacturer defect.

You must start the return or exchange process within 10 days of receipt. Please email orders@bongino.com with order number and reason for return or exchange.


Please email us at orders@bongino.com for return instructions.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless there was an error with your order.


If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order to the original method of payment (minus any shipping costs.)  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 


You may request order cancellation at orders@bongino.com. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel your order at no charge.  Please include order number in your request.
